Blue Ridge Lavender Farm and Retreat is Located on scenic route no.29 and is only a 45 minutes drive from the heart of Brisbane city and the airport.

The idea of growing lavender stemmed from one original French lavender plant simply growing in the garden. It received little water, no maintenance and produced beautiful flowers.

With no background in commercial growing, but a love of gardening and the joy of watching a plant develop through the seasons a decision was made to propagate from this original plant as well as purchase other lavender seedling varieties. The farm is now in the process of determining which varieties suit this environment and is also very proud of adopting organic farming methods.

The farm sells fresh cut flowers to local florists and uses the lavender leaves and flower buds in its handmade, chemical free Lavender Products.

Blue Ridge Lavender Farm also offers Retreat Accommodation in a beautifully restored Queenslander which overlooks the lavender field and is surrounded by rolling blue hills, national parks and plenty of local attractions to visit and Things to Do.

The Retreat offers its guests the opportunity to sample an all natural, hand made chemical free lavender skin care and bathing range. Guests can also truly unwind with their own therapist, who will create an experience from a range of Massage Therapies and Spa Treatments in a setting of your choice.
